Deloitte UK is returning to in-person interviews for its UK graduate process the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) warned the firm about the potential risks associated with having a primarily online recruitment process. Online processes are now at risk of being compromised by new technological advancements such as artificial intelligence, but AI discrimination can also be harmful for applicants, so reverting to having in-person interviews is a step forward for both parties, says Kace O’Neill in Accounting Times.
